Altitude Loft Residence is a home that reflects the unique identity of Modern Loft House Design Through elevated design, the house is opened up to fully embrace natural light and airflow, utilizing large openings and glass walls to create a spacious, airy interior that naturally connects with the outdoor atmosphere. The concept for this house was developed from the homeowner's desire for this space to be both Family residence and area Workshop To welcome a special guest, by allocating space for Coffee Cupping And a coffee discussion in a friendly atmosphere The primary material used is bare concrete Which clearly conveys the identity of the Loft style. Combined with raw wood-grain materials that add warmth and balance the space so it's not too harsh.
The result is a home with a distinct personality—sleek, stylish, and contemporary—while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere. It seamlessly accommodates relaxation, work, and spending quality time with loved ones every day.

The concept of the house starts from “Rhythm of life”Beyond mere aesthetics, the seating area is designed to be a conversation starter, while the coffee table serves to hold coffee, documents, and the little stories of the day. The internal structure of the house is designed to be open, airy, and have clear lines, making it feel natural to use, from the morning filled with natural light to relaxing times after a long day, with Raw wood grain patterns and warm tones Serves as a simple and comfortable backdrop for everyday life. The living space is also designed to receive light from large openings, allowing the shadows and wood textures to create changing dimensions throughout the day, while vintage decorations uniquely reflect the resident's taste.

Untimo's Brunch & Bar is a work Design restaurant and cafe interiors Developed into a semi-cafe and semi-bar space, it can change its mood and atmosphere according to the time of day. Large window frames welcome natural light during the day, before transitioning to a warm, deep, and relaxing atmosphere in the evening. The design therefore emphasizes Natural color palette Provides eye comfort, isn't easily boring, and can change the character of the space according to the light that falls on it The interior seating area is arranged around a green centerpiece, resembling a small oasis within the shop, while Built-in bench And the curved chair is ergonomically designed to allow customers to sit comfortably, whether they come alone, to work, or to meet with friends. The project's concept begins with the question, “How do people use space differently in a day?”This allows the shop to accommodate a variety of uses, from quiet coffee corners in the morning, discussion areas in the afternoon, and an atmosphere for socializing in the evening.
